RESERVATION:

Reservation: written, e-mail or phone is valid only after paying the required prepayment. The prepayment of the whole amount which comes to minimum 30% (not less than 250zl) one should pay during 7 days from the date of booking the room. Lack of prepayment in defined date causes cancelling reservation.
In case of staying shorter than 3 days 15% is added to the price.
The unpaid amount one should pay on the arrival day in the reception of the guesthouse.

 ROOMS EQUIPMENT:

There can be as many people in the room as it is designated for. There is a possibility of putting an extra bed in each room. Usually this is a light, folding bed. Extra beds are not included into the stationary equipment and may have lower standard. Putting an extra bed makes the room smaller and means that one should pay extra money (the price is in the price list).
The rooms are not cleaned during the stay. There is a possibility to order cleaning the room and changing bedclothes. Every single guest is obliged to be careful with the room equipment. It is necessary to inform the guesthouse owner about any damages. It is forbidden to use electronic equipment such as: iron, electric kettle, and kitchen range in the rooms. Every kind of equipment is publicly available for guests in the guesthouse.
The stay begins at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and finishes at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Later arrival does not authorise to stay longer in the room.
It is obligatory to pay climatic payment; 1,60zl/a day - adult, 0,80zl/a day - child up to 15, pensioners and retired people.

 RESIGNATION:

It is possible to withdraw from reservation: if resignation occurs because of the client the reimbursement of costs appears to be:

-       up to 60 days before the arrival day – 50% reimbursement of the advance

-       from 59 days to 30 days before the arrival day – 25% reimbursement of the advance

-       less than 30 days before the arrival day – reimbursement of the advance is not possible

-       if the causes of resignation are because of the guesthouse owner there is 100% reimbursement of the advance

 FINANCIAL LIABILITY:

The guesthouse owners are not responsible for the guests` personal belongings, lost items or items left in the guesthouse. Guests are requested to remember about closing the windows and locking the doors before they leave the guesthouse.
Guests are fully responsible for any damages inside the guesthouse or lack of the equipment caused by them or people who visit them.

 CAR PARK:

Car park is free of charge, unprotected.
There is one free of charge place to park the car for one room in the guesthouse.

NOTES:

It is not allowed to smoke inside the guesthouse. It is allowed to smoke only in the indicated places.
Night silence is from 10p.m. to 6 a.m. Visitors are not allowed to stay in the guesthouse after 10p.m.
